07 - 8 clear plastic cups (6–8 oz each)

# Preparation Steps:
01 - In a large mixing bowl, dissolve blue raspberry gelatin in boiling water. Stir continuously for 2 minutes until fully dissolved.
02 - Add cold water to the dissolved gelatin mixture and stir until combined.
03 - Distribute the gelatin mixture evenly into 8 clear plastic cups, filling each about halfway.
04 - Place the cups in the refrigerator and chill for 1 hour until the gelatin is partially set but still soft.
05 - Gently press mini marshmallows and white chocolate chips into the partially set gelatin to create a snow effect. Sprinkle candy snowflakes or holiday sprinkles on top.
06 - Return the cups to the refrigerator and chill for 1 to 1.5 hours until the gelatin is fully set.
07 - Before serving, top with whipped cream and additional gummy candies if desired.
