03 - Layer banana slices over the crushed wafers in each jar, reserving a few slices for garnish if desired.
04 - Spoon half of the protein custard mixture over the banana layer in each jar, spreading evenly.
05 - Create a second layer with remaining crushed wafers, banana slices, and finish with the remaining protein custard on top.
06 - Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to allow flavors to meld and pudding to set properly before serving.

# Expert Advice:

01 -
  • You get all the creamy nostalgia of banana pudding with 20 grams of protein per serving
  • It comes together in 15 minutes with no cooking required, just assembly
  • The layers soften beautifully in the fridge, creating that perfect pudding texture
02 -
  • The wafers need that minimum 30 minutes in the fridge to soften properly, otherwise they stay crunchy and you lose the authentic pudding experience
  • Protein powders vary in thickness, so add almond milk one teaspoon at a time until you reach a spoonable consistency
03 -
  • Room temperature yogurt incorporates the protein powder much more smoothly than cold yogurt, preventing those tiny stubborn lumps
  • Make sure to slice the bananas just before assembling so they don't oxidize and turn brown in your pudding
