# Preparation Steps:

01 - Combine filtered water and organic cane sugar in a large sterilized glass jar. Stir with a non-metallic spoon until the sugar is fully dissolved.
02 - Introduce water kefir grains or ginger bug and pour in lemon juice. Stir gently using only non-metallic utensils.

05 - Pour fermented soda base into a pitcher and mix in fresh orange juice, lime juice, and mint leaves. Stir gently to combine.
