06 - 1 egg, beaten (for egg wash)

# Preparation Steps:

01 - Preheat oven to 400°F. Line a large baking sheet with parchment paper.
02 - Unroll puff pastry and cut an 8-inch diameter circle. Cut a 4-inch diameter circle from the center to form a wreath.
03 - Evenly distribute Brie slices around the pastry wreath, leaving a small border.
04 - Sprinkle half the pomegranate seeds and all chopped nuts, if using, over the cheese.
05 - Fold pastry edges over filling, gently pinching to seal. Brush pastry surface with beaten egg.
06 - Bake for 15 minutes until pastry is golden and puffed.
07 - Remove from oven, drizzle honey over the wreath, and season with freshly ground black pepper.
08 - Allow to cool slightly. Garnish with parsley, rosemary sprigs, and remaining pomegranate seeds. Serve warm or at room temperature.
