# Preparation Steps:
01 - Set the oven to 480°F (250°C) or the highest setting. If using a pizza stone, place it in the oven during preheating.
02 - On a lightly floured surface, stretch or roll out the pizza dough into a 12-inch round. Transfer to a parchment-lined baking sheet or pizza peel.
03 - Combine crème fraîche, minced garlic, chopped dill, lemon zest, salt, and black pepper in a small bowl. Mix until fully blended.
04 - Evenly spread the crème fraîche sauce over the prepared dough, leaving a 1/2-inch border around the edge.
05 - Scatter shredded mozzarella cheese evenly over the sauce.
06 - Arrange sliced dill pickles and red onion on top of the cheese.
07 - Place in the oven and bake for 12–15 minutes, until the crust is golden and the cheese is bubbling.
08 - Remove from the oven, sprinkle with fresh dill, slice, and serve immediately.
