- Cured Meats: 80 g Saucisson sec, sliced , 80 g Jambon cru (dry-cured ham), thinly sliced
- Fresh Items: 1 small bunch grapes, washed , 1 apple, sliced , 1 small cucumber, sliced , 1 handful cherry tomatoes
- Bread & Crackers: 1 rustic baguette, sliced , 50 g walnut bread, sliced , 40 g crispbread or crackers
- Condiments & Extras: 40 g cornichons , 30 g wholegrain mustard , 30 g mountain honey , 30 g mixed nuts (walnuts, hazelnuts)
Instructions
- Step 1:
- Arrange the cheeses on a large wooden board, spacing them apart for easy access.
- Step 2:
- Fan out the cured meats around the cheeses.
- Step 3:
- Add bunches of grapes, apple slices, cucumber, and cherry tomatoes to fill gaps and add color.
- Step 4:

- Step 5:
