Ingredients

  • Cheeses: 100 g Comté, sliced , 100 g Tomme de Savoie, sliced , 100 g Reblochon, cut into wedges
  • Cured Meats: 80 g Saucisson sec, sliced , 80 g Jambon cru (dry-cured ham), thinly sliced
  • Fresh Items: 1 small bunch grapes, washed , 1 apple, sliced , 1 small cucumber, sliced , 1 handful cherry tomatoes
  • Bread & Crackers: 1 rustic baguette, sliced , 50 g walnut bread, sliced , 40 g crispbread or crackers
  • Condiments & Extras: 40 g cornichons , 30 g wholegrain mustard , 30 g mountain honey , 30 g mixed nuts (walnuts, hazelnuts)

Instructions

Step 1:
Arrange the cheeses on a large wooden board, spacing them apart for easy access.
