# Preparation Steps:
01 - Preheat oven to 425°F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
02 - In a large mixing bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, baking soda, sugar, salt, garlic powder, smoked paprika, cayenne pepper, and crushed Flamin Hot corn chips.
03 - Add cold cubed butter to dry mixture. Blend with a pastry cutter or fingertips until the mixture resembles coarse crumbs.
04 - Fold shredded cheddar cheese into the crumb mixture.
05 - Pour in cold buttermilk and gently stir until dough is just combined. Avoid overmixing.
06 - Transfer dough to a lightly floured surface. Press into a rough rectangle approximately 3/4 inch thick.
07 - Slice dough into 12 sticks, each roughly 1 by 4 inches.
08 - Place biscuit sticks on prepared baking sheet, leaving space between each piece.
09 - Brush tops with melted butter, sprinkle with extra crushed Flamin Hot corn chips and cheddar cheese.
10 - Bake for 16–18 minutes until golden brown and crisp.
