04 - 1/2 teaspoon salt
05 - 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
06 - 1/2 teaspoon ground ginger
07 - 1/4 teaspoon ground cardamom
08 - 1/4 teaspoon ground allspice
09 - 1/4 teaspoon ground cloves

12 - 1 cup light brown sugar, packed
13 - 1/2 cup granulated sugar
14 - 2 large eggs
15 - 2 teaspoons pure vanilla extract
→ Add-ins
16 - 1/2 cup rainbow sprinkles (jimmies preferred)
# Preparation Steps:
01 - Preheat oven to 350°F. Grease and line a 9x9-inch baking pan with parchment paper, allowing an overhang for lifting.
02 - In a medium bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt, cinnamon, ginger, cardamom, allspice, cloves, and nutmeg until evenly mixed.
03 - In a large bowl, whisk together melted butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar until smooth and combined.
04 - Whisk eggs and vanilla extract into the butter-sugar mixture until fully blended.
05 - Gradually fold the dry mixture into the wet ingredients, mixing just until combined. Avoid overmixing.
06 - Gently fold rainbow sprinkles into the dough.
07 - Spread the dough evenly into the prepared pan.
08 - Bake for 22 to 25 minutes, or until the edges are lightly golden and a toothpick inserted in the center emerges mostly clean with a few moist crumbs.
09 - Allow the bars to cool completely in the pan. Lift out using the parchment overhang and slice into bars.
