Spiral potatoes air-fried with seasonings for a crisp, savory snack or side. Easy, delicious, and fun to make.

# Components:

→ Potatoes

01 - 4 medium russet potatoes, scrubbed

→ Seasoning

02 - 2 tablespoons olive oil
03 - 1 teaspoon garlic powder
04 - 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
05 - 1/2 teaspoon salt
06 - 1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper

→ Optional Toppings

07 - 2 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese
08 - 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley
09 - 1/2 teaspoon chili flakes

# Preparation Steps:

01 - Insert a long wooden or metal skewer through the center of each potato lengthwise.
02 - Using a sharp knife, slice each potato in a spiral motion by rotating the potato while cutting from end to end. Carefully stretch the potato along the skewer to achieve evenly spaced spirals.
03 - In a small bowl, combine olive oil, garlic powder, smoked paprika, salt, and black pepper.
04 - Brush or rub the prepared seasoning mixture evenly onto each spiraled potato, ensuring that the seasoning reaches between the layers.
05 - Heat the air fryer to 375°F for 3 minutes.
06 - Arrange the skewered potatoes in the air fryer basket without overlapping. Air-fry for 20–25 minutes, turning halfway through, until the potatoes are golden brown and crispy.
07 - Optionally, sprinkle cooked potatoes with grated Parmesan, fresh parsley, and chili flakes before serving.
