# Preparation Steps:
01 - In a medium bowl, combine oats, milk, Greek yogurt, chia seeds, maple syrup, vanilla extract, and salt. Stir thoroughly until well blended.
02 - In a separate bowl, combine diced strawberries with sugar and lemon juice. Allow to sit for 5 minutes to release juices and enhance flavor.
03 - Distribute oat mixture and strawberry mixture into two jars or containers with alternating layers, beginning with oats, followed by strawberries, and repeating as desired.
04 - Cover containers securely and refrigerate for a minimum of 8 hours or overnight until oats have absorbed liquid and reached desired consistency.
05 - Before serving, gently stir oats to redistribute. Top with crushed graham crackers or vanilla wafer cookies and a dollop of whipped cream if desired.
