04 - 120 ml honey mustard
05 - 120 ml hummus
# Preparation Steps:
01 - Place a large round wooden board or platter on a stable work surface.
02 - Set a small bowl containing your chosen dip in the center of the board, if using.
03 - Lay celery sticks radiating outward from the center bowl, forming spokes on one half of the board.
04 - Place meat sticks in the spaces between the celery sticks to create alternating spokes, resembling a wheel.
05 - Present immediately, allowing guests to take and dip the spokes as desired.
