# Preparation Steps:
01 - Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
02 - In a large mixing bowl, gently mix ground beef, ground pork, breadcrumbs, egg, milk, minced garlic, grated onion, soy sauce, salt, black pepper, and chopped parsley until just incorporated.
03 - Shape mixture into 1-inch balls and arrange evenly on the prepared baking sheet.
04 - Bake for 18–20 minutes, until meatballs are golden brown and fully cooked.
05 - In a medium saucepan over medium heat, whisk together honey, soy sauce, ketchup, minced garlic, vinegar, and chili flakes. Bring to a gentle simmer.
06 - If a thicker consistency is preferred, whisk in cornstarch slurry and continue cooking, stirring frequently, until thickened (about 1–2 minutes).
07 - Transfer baked meatballs to the saucepan and toss gently to ensure even coating. Simmer for 2–3 minutes until thoroughly heated.
