# Preparation Steps:

- Preheat your oven to 350°F (180°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Slice the slider rolls in half horizontally. Arrange the bottom halves on the prepared baking sheet.
- Evenly distribute the deli meats over the bottom halves of the rolls. Follow with a layer of sliced provolone cheese.
- Place the top halves of the slider rolls over the cheese layer.
- In a small bowl, combine the melted butter, dried Italian herbs, and garlic powder. Brush this mixture over the tops of the assembled slider rolls.
- Cover the sliders loosely with aluminum foil. Bake for 8–10 minutes, or until the cheese is fully melted and the sliders are warmed through.
- While the sliders bake, in a large mixing bowl, combine the shredded lettuce, tomato slices, red onion slices, pepperoncini peppers, mayonnaise, red wine vinegar, extra-virgin olive oil, dried oregano, garlic powder, salt, black pepper, and grated Parmesan cheese. Toss thoroughly to ensure all ingredients are evenly coated.
- Remove the sliders from the oven. Carefully lift the top halves of the rolls and generously pile the prepared grinder salad onto the melted cheese layer. Replace the top halves of the rolls. Cut the sliders into individual portions and serve immediately.
