10 - 1 teaspoon balsamic vinegar
→ Finishing
11 - 2 tablespoons honey
12 - 1/2 teaspoon chili flakes, adjustable to taste
13 - Fresh thyme leaves, for garnish
# Preparation Steps:
01 - Preheat oven to 425°F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

03 - Combine goat cheese with cream cheese if using, finely chopped chives, salt, and pepper in a small bowl. Mix until smooth and well combined.
04 - Place flatbread on prepared baking sheet. Spread goat cheese mixture evenly over surface, leaving a small border around edges.
05 - Distribute caramelized onions evenly across the cheese layer.
06 - Drizzle honey over onions and sprinkle chili flakes across the entire surface.
07 - Bake for 10-12 minutes until edges are crisp and cheese is warmed through.
08 - Remove from oven, garnish with fresh thyme leaves, slice into portions, and serve warm.
