01 - 8 plain round rice cakes
→ Cheese
02 - 7 ounces shredded mozzarella cheese
03 - 3.5 ounces grated parmesan cheese

04 - 2 tablespoons olive oil
05 - 1 teaspoon dried oregano
06 - 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
07 - 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
08 - 1/4 teaspoon chili flakes (optional)

09 - 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley
# Preparation Steps:
01 - Preheat the oven to 400°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
02 - Place 4 rice cakes evenly on the prepared baking sheet.
03 - Evenly sprinkle shredded mozzarella and a portion of grated parmesan over each rice cake.
04 - Top each with another rice cake and press gently to secure the stacks.
05 - Brush the top of each stack with olive oil, then sprinkle the remaining mozzarella, parmesan, dried oregano, garlic powder, black pepper, and chili flakes if desired.
06 - Bake for 15 to 20 minutes until the cheese is melted, golden, and the rice cakes are crisp.
07 - Remove from oven, allow to cool slightly, then garnish with fresh chopped parsley before serving.
