05 - 1/2 teaspoon ground ginger
06 - 1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg

07 - 1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened
08 - 2/3 cup granulated sugar
09 - 2 large eggs
10 - 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
11 - Zest of 1 orange
→ Mix-ins
12 - 1/2 cup orange marmalade
13 - 2/3 cup dried cranberries
14 - 1/2 cup chopped pistachios
15 - 1/2 cup chopped almonds
→ Decoration (Optional)
16 - 4 ounces white chocolate, melted
17 - Extra orange marmalade or candied orange peel
# Preparation Steps:
01 - Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a large baking sheet with parchment paper.
02 - Whisk together the flour, baking powder, salt, cinnamon, ginger, and nutmeg in a medium bowl.
03 - In a large mixing bowl, beat the butter and granulated sugar until pale and fluffy. Add the eggs one at a time, then mix in vanilla extract and orange zest.
04 - Stir the dry ingredients into the wet mixture until just combined.
05 - Gently fold in orange marmalade, dried cranberries, chopped pistachios, and almonds until evenly distributed throughout the dough.
06 - Divide the dough in half. Shape each half into a log about 12 inches long and 2 inches wide on the prepared baking sheet, then flatten slightly.
07 - Bake the logs for 25 minutes or until golden and set. Remove from oven and allow to cool for 10 minutes.
08 - Use a serrated knife to slice the partially cooled logs diagonally into 1/2-inch thick pieces.
09 - Arrange slices cut side down on the baking sheet. Bake for 10 minutes, then flip each piece and bake another 8 to 10 minutes until crisp and golden.
10 - Allow biscotti to cool completely on a rack. Drizzle with melted white chocolate and garnish with extra marmalade or candied orange peel if desired.
