# Preparation Steps:
01 - Melt 1 tablespoon butter in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add diced onion and sauté for 2 minutes until softened.
02 - Add ground beef to the skillet, breaking it up with a spatula. Season with garlic powder, smoked paprika, Worcestershire sauce, salt, and black pepper. Cook for 5 to 7 minutes, stirring, until fully browned. Drain excess fat if necessary.
03 - In a small mixing bowl, whisk together ketchup, yellow mustard, and mayonnaise to create the sauce.
04 - Wipe the skillet clean and melt 1/2 tablespoon butter over medium heat. Place one tortilla in the skillet.
05 - Sprinkle 1/4 cup cheddar and 1/4 cup mozzarella cheese evenly over half the tortilla. Top with 1/4 of the cooked beef mixture, a spoonful of diced pickles, and a drizzle of burger sauce. Add another 1/4 cup cheese. Fold the tortilla over to form a half-moon.
