01 - Slice chicken breasts into thin strips. In a bowl, combine chicken with olive oil, Cajun seasoning, smoked paprika, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper until coated. Heat a large skillet over medium-high. Sauté chicken for 6 to 8 minutes, stirring occasionally, until fully cooked and lightly charred. Remove from heat and allow to cool slightly.
